Coach Kelson Laborde Dickson, who will be at the helm of the U18 Premier team for London Elite next season, is a seasoned and highly respected figure in youth basketball coaching. With a distinguished career that has seen him honored as London Region Children’s Coach of the Year, Coach Kelson has consistently demonstrated his commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering a deep love for the game.

His extensive experience includes leading the Team England U14 and U15 teams, where he has guided young athletes through highly competitive international tournaments around the world. In addition to his role with London Elite, Coach Kelson serves as the head coach for The Crest Boys Academy London, a position that underscores his dedication to developing players both on and off the court. Under his leadership, the academy has become a breeding ground for young talent, with many players going on to achieve success at higher levels of the game. Coach Kelson holds a Level 2 Basketball Coaching qualification.
